Are you ready to envision the future by using all current resources to develop an understanding of current trends, clearly define terms such as "work patterns", "alternative work settings", and "corporate culture"?

We suggest that several primary patterns will emerge based on organizational requirements. Three potential work patterns are:

• Traditional sequential design process will not work in the future
• Develop and foster community
• Sustain Learning
• Provide a means to negotiate the Demands of Work Life
• Provide accessibility to key resources

This requires a participatory and interactive design process, ongoing.
